I only started to lose weight when I found out that metabolism is responsible for all overweight worries. Improve your metabolism and you will lose weight an keep it off forever! Losing weight is not difficult (am I saying this?? ... I was struggling for years!

Drink more water, eat regularly, eat breakfast, eat small portions and more often - these are for the right start
