Calorie counting isn't a thing. You, being a human, are bound by the laws of thermodynamics. Thus, being in a caloric deficit will always lead to fat loss.

I have been following hundreds of different diets, and I have only been wasting my time and money. I have lost over 50 pounds as soon as I found the right solution.

To lose weight, you only need to care about metabolism. THE ONLY THING! no worries about exercising or calories. Just metabolism. Your friend number one for weight loss.

And then, when it comes to metabolism, there are many ways to increase it:

- drink more water;
- eat more often;
- eat regularly, 2-3 hours between the meals;
- eat breakfast;

... and many more. This is the way to go!
None of that is supported by research.
