BAZ is on a distinguished road
Any help would be appreciated <3

I am currently 6"1 tall and ~175 lb.'s and looking to lose 15-25 lb's within the next 4 months. I feel that it is more then a reasonable goal based on the time given, although the part i need help on is the diet part. I have absolutely not clue what i should be eating. I do know that i should be eating between 6-9 meals a day and drinking loads of water. I already go to the gym and alternate weights and cardio of 1 hour sessions but still allow 1-2 days a week rest. If anyone could please recomend some sort of a diet i could easily follow under a decent budget possibly without any fish (ack i hate fish). I know i should be eating a fair bit of protien in my diet to retain muscle and am willing to eat just about anything
