Are you M or F?

If you're male, 175 lbs is a healthy weight for over 6 foot tall. I'm not sure that you could lose 25 lbs without becoming a professional athlete in the cardio field, such as cyclist Lance Armstrong. But you can try.

If you're female, 175 still may be a healthy weight for being so tall. However if you want to lose some weight in a healthy range, it may be possible to achieve your goal.

Count calories. To lose 25 lbs in 4 months, consume 720 calories less a day than you do now. If you don't know how many you consume now, use an online calculator to determine your daily caloric needs http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml Any exercise will help. And stay hydrated, water preferably, and lots of it.

Without fish, that basically leaves you with chicken and turkey for meats, skinless only. I also tried buffalo steak once, which is 0% fat 0% carbs and only 100 calories per 4 ounces, but at $15 a pound its a little pricey for everyday eating. I myself do boneless skinless chicken breasts on the george foreman grill after marinating and sprinkle on some spices. Most everything else I eat is veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, and oatmeal. But for the most part lean meats and veggies.
