| Hi and welcome! Personally I don't think it's a good idea for anyone to just recommend a diet to you. As a personal trianer and lifestyle management consultant I design nutrition programs for people, but only after VERY thorough assessments. Everyone is very different and has very different needs. No one can know what you should eat from reading a post.
A warning about calorie calculators...they may give you a good answer, but they can be few HUNDRED calories off. If I ate what calorie calculators recommended I would starve to death.
One thing I will recommend is eating foods as natural as possible. Try to eat unprocessed foods. Try for a carb and a protein in each meal. Keep your meals small and frequent. Lots of lean meats, veggies, whole grain carbs.
