Well I haven't written in my blog for a while,

not really knowing why but so it is. I joined the
gym in January and work out 1.5-1.75 hours a day m-f, supplement my exercise by walking the dog 3+ times a week and eating healthy. I also see a dietitian every 3 week that holds me accountable for my actions. I am now at the verge of going into the 200's club. My current weight is 305 so I am almost there, so far I have lost appx. 63 lbs. I feel better, I look better, and I know this is the path I want to stay on. Tomorrow I will update on the changes to my program.
