Today I weighed in at 302 lbs, I am on the verge of going into the 200 club!!!!!!!

It has been about 3-4 years since I weighed under 300, I will never return to the 3's again! Since picking back up my program in January I have lost 30lbs, about 7.5 lbs a month through eating healthy and exercising 5 days a week. I look better, I feel better, I have more
energy and a positive outlook.
