I think the best way to lose cellulite is exercise. Since i started my
diet, most of my "problem areas" of it have dissapeared just from swimming and going to the
gym (mind you i go almost everyday). Although im still carrying a lot of
fat there is minimal cellulite these days!
However, i have skinny skinny friends who are burdened with it! No matter how much they exercise. I suppose it must depend on the individual's
body
