Is it a long weekend in the U.S.? What's the plan not to go off the wagon?
Hi, Sheryl, welcome, I'm relatively new here too, everyone is great here and very supportive!! From this thread I found two other great threads; mothering.com and
fitness.com (more for men, but if you've worked in the
fitness industry theres a lot of great vitamin and exercise help)
I had my 3rd child and gained more than during my other 2 pregnencies 217lbs, baby weighed a ittle over 9 lbs. I'm finally doing more then a half *ssed job
dieting and I'm finally seeing results, I'm at 178, 125lbs. was my pre-pregnancy weight(which I can barely remember).
Anyway, I'm feeling a little nervous because after my first two babies my
body went back in form(obviously with
diet and exercise) but now I'm worried that I too will end up with hanging skin. I see some sagging in my stomach area. I just don't remeber if I had that after the other pregnancies. Iwas thinking that if we lose slowly (which I'm not doing) and execrise at the same time (which I'm not doing) the stomach will go down ,gain muscle and the skin will go back into it's place???
