| I would recommend adding some weight lifting to your routine and drop cardio a bit. sounds like your doing cardio 8 times weekly, I dont know much about kickboxing but Id consider it cardio also. add weight lifting, drink lots of water. And 2-4 pounds weekly is great progress. sounds like your doing everything right, just keep at it and youll see the difference, if you really dont notice it then take a picture of yourself every month or so and youll definitely see the difference. |
