I read it offers several good health benefits.
I have tried it in apple juice, and you can taste it. I don't care for the taste.
Some sites say to put 1-2 Tbls in 8 oz water and drink 3 times per day. I suppose if I could find a liquid that hides the taste, I'd try it again. Maybe cranberry light (40 cal/8 oz glass).
Yet another
recipe says: Drink 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in 4 ounces of water once a day.
Here's a
recipe for reducing high cholesterol: 1 quart apple juice, 1 pint purple grape juice, 1/4 to 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar. Drink 1/2 to 1 cup daily. Use low cal juice.
