i have to agree with errtu 100% ... i did kickboxing for awhile, and i know i got more of a workout there than spending 3 hours doing
cardio on equipment ... plus, it adds a bit of
strength training. It's hard to "see" results since changes are gradual ... looking in the mirror every day won't allow you to see the grand scheme of things ... others will see the difference, but a camera is definately the way to go
