| I'm totally there with you jjbswest... I feel amazing, and the scale shows results, but i put on my bathing suit today to see how it looked, and i don't quite see the results i want yet.. mostly in my belly and buns... I would appreciate any advice as well.
I have these dvd's w/ 8 min abs and buns and legs and arms.... and they are pretty decent workouts... my goal right now is to do the buns and abs each day and see if i get any visual results... or at least build up some muscle underneath that layer of flub. |
