I am new here as well, and am looking forward to support and advice!
Pre-first pregnancy I weighed 155
pounds. During my first pregnancy I gained50
pounds and was 205 the day after I delivered my daughter. I used Weight Watchers and managed to lose 90
pounds in a year and a half. However as soon as I stopped counting points the weight creeped back on. 6 months later I was up to 130. Which is what I weighed when I became pregnant with my second daughter.
Well- pregnancy after Weight Watchers- to me it was an excuse to binge. I gained 75
pounds and was 205 when I delivered dd #2.
I have tried to cut back and exercise but with 2 busy girls and working full-time it isn't easy. I'm down to 165 but am still not happy with the way things are going.
I am just starting Low Glycemic Index eating and will be taking a few supplements. I am looking forward to beginning running again as well.
