| i tried it... but I don't think it really works... however, it is good with other nutrients like MissJellyBelly mentioned and since it is an acid it'll help with digestion. but will it actually help with weightloss?? that's still open for debate.
I found apple cider vinegar in more ethnic grocery stores and in the nicer grocery stores. if you go to the pharmacy, you can get it in pill form. good luck! |
