i was gonna check on that phase one and two but havent had time! this is working for me though I even came up with a lettuce and tomato sandwich hehehe for my dinner! i am working on ideas for great menus lol i drank 93.8 oz of water! i cant wait to weigh in again in the morn! i have so much
