I was wonder if anyone would like to share what alchohol beverage they drink on weekends or social gatherings that aren't high in colories. I'm a big beer drinker but thats totally out now.
I was thinking something like vodka and sprite zero would be good. Sprite zero claims to have zero calories and it taste like the original. I'm sure vodka has very low if any calories.

I've see low carb beer, but it's way too expensive.

I'm also a big fan of red wine and spritsers(white wine and diet 7 up)

So what do you all drink?

Stay strong.
Ok jerry, I am not a huge drinker but I know they have like michelob light, miller lite, and bud light which is all supposed to be better choices then the others. The thing is my belief any way. On the days your going to drink eat less calorie foods like greens, carrots stuff that is going to give you more with less and then you will be able to drink moderately. If you are doing the drinking every day then there is no hope for you on finding the right beer because we all know it has been said that beer is fattening. Good luck
