You know im sorry that you wont be able to do the diet tina you know that you can do this when you are at home and then the 1200 cal when you go out and you will still loose weight just not the huge amounts. ny friend that started did that and she went from losing 10 pounds a week to 4.5 pounds so she is happy and still losing!!!! she eats prety much what she wants when she goes out twice a week and does the rice diet when she is at home but its up to the person i guess. And for Motsy i also have a hubby and 3 kids that dont need to lose weight so i work around it make up enought rice for the week and then go from there the fruit and veggis are easy just cut and clean them when you get them home from the store..... If you find that you are hungrey durring the day then you can save your fruit or a portion of vegies for snacks during the day too and that helps alot to get you over the hump.

I would like to let you know that i have lost 2.5 pounds in 1 day since I started again yesterday so i know it works and i hope you will try at least when you see the results you know why !!!

So what to say guess I just have to go with my gut. trying to loose this weight is sooooo hard!!!!!
