| I think the best time to weigh yourself is maybe 4-6pm..because by then, you would have already eaten, drank water, excercised maybe, and have gone through your daily routine. Weighing yourselt in the morning sometimes gives me false impression, since you're weighing yourself at a time where you haven't eaten since the past 8-12hrs, and usually in the morning you're hungry for breakfast. So you weigh less in the morning as opposed to the afternoon. Idont know if its just me..but right when I wake up, and weigh myself, I weigh a pound or so less in the morning than in the afternoon.
