well its another day.... The sugar dt's have finally passed,well mostly. I have breakfast the last few mornings. I noticed i'm not as hungry at night having had. when i do feel i have to have something late at night a glass of juice or water will norm take care of it. ill weigh tonight but im sure im not below 400 yet. im not really in that big of a hurry except i cant weigh at home on the scale till i do. watching everyone here drinking cokes and eating cereal did bother me but im slowly getting over it since im not craving sugar so bad now. since im the cook of the family they have no choice of eating better. Think they like the turkey bacon better anyhow. gonna make some turkey chili tonight. they will never know because after i add all the spices they wont be able to tell anyhow. The bad part is on sat me and a friend of mine norm go out to eat. its norm chinese and just starting my
diet dont think i need that right now. Most of it is healthy just have to stay away from the fried foods and the sweet bar. I dont know kinda feel like the only one ever on a
diet around here and that dosent make it any easier. we all have that friend that makes it sound so easy to lose weight and it just dosent help.
