pounds again, and I'm not stopping or letting it get back on again! Weight Watchers is a great program if you do what they say. If you don't...you won't lose. It's really simple, but it's all in your mindset. If you do join, make sure you journal...that is the key. They tell you to drink 6 8oz. glasses of water daily. I go above that though and drink 1/2 my
body weight in fluid ounces daily. I weigh 142 so I'm drinking 71 ounces of water a day, more if I exercise. If you join with a friend it really helps. I go with my mom and we set up incentives for one another. The first one we had was this...whoever loses 10% of their weight first wins a free pedicure on the other person. Good luck and stick to the program if you do decide to join...You'll do fine!
