I am 6'0". I am basing my goal on the BMI tables. I'd be real happy with 180-185 if 175 proves too difficult. The tables say 183 is my maximum healthy weight. I can remember hitting 180 for the first time and thinking that was a little on the heavy side. My, how things change. I started to take losing weight seriously at the end of April. April 29th, in fact, so I have been working on this for about seven weeks so far. I started by first eliminating snacks between meals. That alone was enough to see some immediate results. I then went to two meals per day and added exercise. The weight has been coming off pretty quickly ever since. I don't think it will always be this fast but right now I am enjoying it. I know they say not to lose it this quickly but I have to say I feel better then I have felt in years so I have decided to go with it.
