Like I said, I am feeling good so far. My knee pains are greatly reduced, I sleep better, I sweat less (and thus I smell better), and I am just feeling better about the world. That can't be too bad, can it?

I've been averaging more than three pounds a week so far. That will surely slow down. Even so, I am planning as though I will keep losing at this rate. It may be foolish but it does keep me alert to the possibilities.
