Lunch- bag of veggie chips------170 cals
Dinner- bowl of turkey chili w rice----- unknown
between the turkey,onions,peppers,beans,spices,rice, its gonna
be up there.------- a safe bet would be at least 500-1000 for a
large bowl w rice.
snacks- bowl of cereal with 2% milk- 240 cals
Drinks- water,chai w splenda and a splash of milk,more water
well i managed to bring in some
calories. Ill just stay up late dont wanna go to bed too full. 3-4 hours after i eat should be a safe bet.
