I know what you mean about the bland
diet foods. I was watching Oprah one day and she said something about eating dry toast and a poached egg for breakfast. I thought ick. I just can't do dry toast. Way to bland. That is the only time I use marjarine.
I like to spice it up a little so I tend to drown my food in salt. Which I am working hard to get away from. I have been subsitituting salt for other tasty spices. Being creative is pretty important if you want to do this long term. At least I have just begun to realize this for myself.
