C - I was going by the bag of avocados I bought yesterday. At the grocery store, you can buy them separately (and they're very large) or in a bag of 4 and they're smaller - but still Haas. Those smaller ones said they had 5 servings.

WIP - I think you're right, it can be a hassle, and there is the fudge factor if you go out (which I rarely do). Breakfast and lunch is generally easy for me to do, because everything I eat is labeled.
Dinner is hard to figure out if I don't have a label, but I just keep some paper on hand while cooking and right down what I can, and fill in with fitday.com
Yesterday, I knew I had enough 'calorie room' for a smoothie - but I was just too full after dinner and then went to play Nintendo DS with my daughter and forgot about it.
I'm going to go make that smoothie now!!
