Okay, I'm jumping on the avocado train with you guys. I will not give them up!!! But here's my reasoning on the matter. We need good fats in our
diet, because that's one of the things that helps the elasticity in our skin. And we want to shrink back all nice and firm and not have hangy stuff going on, right. And I get most of the
fat in my
diet from meat, cheese, nuts and eggs. So a little olive oil or avocado here and there has to be good for me, right?
At least that's what I tell myself!! LOL!!!
The other thing that hit home with me is the nobody noticing until I had lost about 30
pounds. People are really just starting to notice now. And that can be a little discouraging. But there is like this magic weight and once you pass it everyone will start saying something. Just keep up what you are doing. You've got great goals which are totally attainable. And you are going to be a diva at that party in August!!!!
