Update pic...notice any difference? I do my condition is a lot better I can play tennis longer,take longer fast walks,etc...woo hoo!!!

I lack your confidence and am saving my (worst) fat photo for when I am halfway to goal and then will post it and an updated contrasting one. Kudos for your courage in posting ongoing photos. That takes guts dude! Keep up the effort, it will be soooo worth it!!!
