| My eating habit is actually the biggest obstacle for me, not the exercise. I don't really know what is considered a good portion and after a while i always seem to be hungry. Is it normal to be hungry all the time? And what exactly should i eat so that i stay healthy and get all the vitamins and minerals that i need? Can someone help me out on this one?
