| Doctors tell you to weight yourself naked first thing in the morning, BEFORE going to the washroom...This is your true weight because as one of the other posters said, your body is dehydrated from not consuming fluids while your asleep. The second reason this is the best time is because your body is in full rest...If you weight yourself every morning you will have a continous true weight and you should see that you're losing weight - if your trying to lose weight - whereas if you weight yourself at different times of the day you will notice the difference...Hope this was helpful...
