Blackmores Multi-Vitamin is the one my cohens clinic recomended to me. Its free from preservatives, yeast, starches etc etc etc.

but i would STRONGLY recomend you getting your own personal plan made up and blood works done so Dr cohen can monitor your levels.

Every person ive spoken to that has tried doing someone elses plan ended up puting the weight back on PLUS MORE.

and you wont be able to do refeed and gain even more weight.

sorry for sounding a bit harsh but the whole reason for the programs is they are individual according to blood tests take, weight, height, sex, medical reasons of the people.

Fat Cat,

Thanks for responding re: the vitamins. In regards to the program I have been on it for 3 days and lost 3 kilos. The friend who has shared the program with me is very similar in physique. A few other people I know that are on Cohens are on the same program ...it's identical. Of course it's going to work you are hardly eating much all day. I have another 22 kilos to lose. Whne it comes time for the refeed well I guess I will cross that bridge when I get to it.

Hayley Hey hey

Hi hayley hey hey
I strongly recommend that you join the program yourself and not rely on your friends. My daughter and I are both doing the program, started on the same date etc, however our diet plans and quantity of food allowed is quite different. We are also losing at quite a different rate. I have twice the weight to lose that she does and if our current calculations are correct we will hit refeed within a few weeks of each other. This programe is designed based on the a specific plan that was designed around an individuals blood work.
Good luck
