really important question!

i overate yesterday....really bad. i didn't even keep track of the calories after a while. so, today do i eat way less to even it out?or will my body think it's starving and save all my fat? help!

I wouldnt punish yourself and eat less. Everyone falls off the wagon every once and a while. Just think of today as a new day, and do what you would regulary do on your diet
