Today was ok, I ate a muffin for breakfast but it seemed so heavy after everything else I've been eating this week. Maybe I'll try half of it next time. I had a really small lunch but made up for it at dinner I suppose. I made chicken with rice, carrots, celery, and nonsalted cashews and had a little watermelon (yum).
The workout session was good, I tried a new machine and hated it. I'm stickin' to my other fav. Walked for 30 minutes on the
treadmill as well. I need better sneakers my heels hurt in these.
I have a question too...my shins burn like crazy when I start walking about 2.8 mph....after forcing myself to keep going the burning went away--is there anything I can do to stop that from happening?
