It sounds like you are off to a great start! Keep it up! Your plan of exercise and
dieting sounds great however I do agree that lowering your
calories just a bit may help.
Just a reminder that it takes 2-3 weeks to form a habit. If you try to exercise everyday for 14-21 days you'll get into the habit of needing that extra
energy boost. Then gradually you can work down to 3 days a week again. Even if it is only 20 minutes a day, it is worth it! I promise! You'll start feeling super!
