Hi Blondee. You seem to have the motivation thing down very good. Awesome job. I agree with Laura about your diet. Eating alot of fruit is not good for some people because of the sugar content and also the fiber content. A well balanced diet is the key along with your 8 glasses of water. Don't forget that everytime you drink a cup of coffee, you have to replace that with a glass of water. Coffee does not count as your glass of water.
