I haven't heard of the mayo clinic
diet. What is it about? One thing that really helped me lose weight before was reading Dr. Phils book. I know that sounds crazy, but the mental insight was unbelievable. I am trying to read itt again to see if it will work this time.
I also do
pilates. I just can't get my weight down. I will work hard all week and eat good, and then I stand on the scale and it is up AGAIN!!!!!
Oh, well, I will keep trying and then see what happens after nursing.
