It's good that you obviously have an amazing amount of self control but you need to seriously adjust your diet. For example on piece of fruit, be it apple or banana isn't a breakfast. One piece of fruit would be good to have with you breakfast...

I forgot where I read this (it may have been here somewhere) but it's so true and works wonders in a slow and steady weight loss that will stick.

Breakfast should be a meal fit for a king
Lunch should be a meal fit for a peasant
and Dinner the meal of a pauper.

You're body needs lots of nutrients in the morning to get you off to a good day, with lots of energy. The energy you are going to need to shed those pounds. A healthy lunch will maintain that level of energy and keep you going. By dinner time a light meal at least a few hours before bed is the best option. You should try to get at least 3 of the 4 food groups in each meal in proper portion sizes. What you are doing now will help you shed the pounds fast but you can't live like that for the rest of your life and when you go back to eating a normal diet you are risking putting back on what you worked so hard to lose.

Don't rush, think about it this way if you've been over weight for years what's one or two years to wait to get to your ideal size? Lose 1 or 2 lbs a week and when you are all done it won't seem like a battle to stay that way

Good Luck use your extreme determination and self control and put it to use the right way.
