Hello,
I just signed up for this site because i desperately need support. I have recently gained about 30 pounds. That is bad enough but in 2005 I lost 65 pounds so gaining 30 of it back in a few months is devastating! I am someone who needs support to get back on track and when I lost my weight before I used a message board for help and support and it seemed very helpful so I thought I would give it a try again.

I am looking foward to getting to know everyone and I hope this works out!

Hi Christy and welcome

Putting weight back on fast usually has to do with a to low caloric diet. If you desire post some info in The Harsh Truth section for some advice.

Thanks for the welcome! I will check out that section. My problem was going thru a bad breakup, I gave up exercise and did tons of stress eating. But Now I am ready to get back in gear!

hello and welcome! =) i'm in the same situation as u.. lost weight a few years back and gained back all the weight and even more due to emotional eating.. i'm sure we'll be able to lose the weight again.. just don't give up easily yea!
