| It does look miserly low. I'm glad that you have now added some protein with the turkey. Diet too hard and without enough good nutrition (including protein) and your muscle is going to waste quicker than body fat. You might see great results on the scales - but it is perfectly easy to become a malnourished fat person - poor form, fitness, health - low scale weight but still with too much body fat. You can lose everything that is physically good, and maintain the bad stuff.
I don't agree that too much fruit is a bad thing - fruit is great food - it protects and enhances so much of your health. It takes alot of a poor mix of fruit to do much harm. But its no good on its own.
My first recommendation would be to beef up that breakfast - replace that apple with something more suitable for breaking fast. A nice bowl of low fat unrefined cereals and low fat milk is one better option. |
