Quick question...

Does anyone have a rough idea of how many calories one can burn while riding a stationary bike for 10 miles in approx. 20 minutes on an average resistance setting? Not sure if my weight matters, but I'm currently at 230 lbs.

Thanks

Here is a good calorie estimator:

Bodybuilding.com - 600 Exercises: How Many Calories Are You Burning?

Are you sure about the 10 miles in 20 minutes though? That's 30 mph - which is competitive racing speed. You may want to check if your odometer is set to kilometers.

Yea, I realize it is pretty hardcore for a stationary. And yes, it is MPH.

Fitness Jumpsite: Calorie Calculator this will calculate exercise based on your weight and duration of activity. This will allow for a very rough idea of the calories you're burning in a day.
