| Just another suggestion It looks like everybody is looking out for your best interest in the diet department...I know that I used to skip breakfast all the time and ended up eating more later in the day...my suggestion for breakfast is a peanut butter sandwich (2 slices of whole wheat bread and no more than 2 tblsp of low sodium or reduced fat peanut butter) and a banana...I started eating this after I found out I had an underactive thyroid, which totally screws up your metabolism, and it gave me great energy throughout the morning...hope this helps!!
