i lost 39
pounds all told, the before picture was taken by our tourguide in the ukraine, (as all photo taking of me was banned but she insisted! :P) i was bigger than that i just dont have any evidence (which is very cunning of me - wiped it from my mind) i just have some toning up to do but seriously i completly salute everyone battling with thier weight, its damn hard work, your all doing a great job on this forum though, keep it up
