So life is sucking for me today.
I kept waking up every 30 minutes thinking the alarm had gone off and i was late to get to the
gym. i woke at 2am,2.30am,3am etc till 5.30am when i finally got up and went. I got on an exercycle and started peddling my warm up, after a couple minutes i grabbed my bottle and took a healthy swig only to choke and cough with a full mouthful of water which made a perfect arc over the exercycle and all over me!
I was torn between embarassment and laughter - everyone was watching so i just laughed it off. Anyway back to cycling some more and my seat suddenly without prompting drops 2 or 3 positions down, no idea why but i just kept going again.
Anyway I weighed myself and no
weight loss since last week - im gutted.
Time to change the
diet and the exercise some more i think.
Im gonna throw in some swimming some laps in the evenings and try eating more meals of less quantity through out the day, perhaps cycle to work ...
Feels like a monday, i think i need more coffee.
