I am new to the forum and I am looking for program (with somewhat fast results) that would be a good jump start to motivate me while losing weight and I was wondering if anyone has heard of the 18 in 4
diet (
www.18in4.com) It is saying that you can lose up to 18
pounds in 4 days and the program is $27 to download. Has anyone tried this program before? If so, were your results positive and could you give more detail of the program? Or if you have any other suggestions that could help me on the road to success then I would greatly appreciate it.
