Rep Power: 0 | | | Need some clarification... So, I keep hearing about "LISS", but have no idea what it is. I tried looking it up, but didn't really see any explanation of it. Can anyone let me know what it's all about? Thanks!

try checking the thread on HIIT for the opposite of LISS... I'm sure someone will wake up soon and give you a better response |

It's simply a term used to describe cardio done at an exertion of maybe, at the most, 70% of VO2max. |
