How much truth is there in...

How much truth is there in people saying if you have some loose skin and you start lifting alot that itll improve the look of it?

Also I got a body fat test taken recently and it said Im 20% fat and average is 16%, but the thing that really concerns me is that fat is EXTREMELY heavy on my abdomen only...will working out, doing abs 5-6 times a week improve the look? I practice for football 5 days a week as it is so I'm pretty covered on cardio.

I need an updated pic, but the way my stomach looks just isnt that normal, if you compare it to the rest of my body you can tell there is much more fat on it

20% body fat for men means there is still a good amount fat on your body. Some people carry it all over, some in certain spots, its just the luck of the draw.

Not to be mean but we have all covered a few times now what you should be doing to get a leaner look. To refresh though this is a pretty cut and dry guideline for a quick answer...

Want some more detail give a look in general at the articles on this site.
