Rep Power: 6 | | | 2 meals a day enough? I never get hungy for breakfast, usually I drink 2 big cups of coffee and finally get hungry around noon. So my question is this- Is it ok to eat 2 meals a day (12p and 6p) if I am intaking a well balanced diet? I have heard that it is better to have many small meals during the day, but I never feel hugry for breakfast. |

Rep Power: 217 | | If you spend some time reading around the forum you'll several threads that point out that there's no evidence behind the 6 meals a day vs 3 meals vs whatever... it's total calories consumed during the day that contribute to weight gain or weight loss.
How many calories a day are you consuming?
What's your workout plan look like?

Rep Power: 182 | | Two is a little extreme on the low end of the spectrum. I have a hard time believing you are eating a balanced and adaquate diet using a 2-meal plan.
