2 meals a day enough?
I never get hungy for breakfast, usually I drink 2 big cups of coffee and finally get hungry around noon. So my question is this- Is it ok to eat 2 meals a day (12p and 6p) if I am intaking a well balanced
diet ? I have heard that it is better to have many small meals during the day, but I never feel hugry for breakfast.

If you spend some time reading around the forum you'll several threads that point out that there's no evidence behind the 6 meals a day vs 3 meals vs whatever... it's total
calories consumed during the day that contribute to
weight gain or
weight loss .
How many
calories a day are you consuming?
What's your workout plan look like?
What are your current stats?

Two is a little extreme on the low end of the spectrum. I have a hard time believing you are eating a balanced and adaquate
diet using a 2-meal plan.

Do you tend to eat a lot at night? Is that possibly why you're not hungry in the morning?
