Rep Power: 0 | | | Losing The Belly Fat In around the beginning of September i noticed i was developing stomach fat, so i talked 2 people i knew, about what I should do and they advised i got into running, and ate less fatty foods. Since then, i'v eaten next 2 no junk food, and i'v been running just about everyday(usually around 5km.) Yet i haven't lost a single pound, and my belly fat has not changed. What and I doing wrong? or What am I not doing? Oh, and im not sure if this matters, but when I flex my Abs, the belly fat is gone and u can clearly see them, does this mean anything? |

Rep Power: 546 | | | Track what ever you eat and drink for a week. If you bite it, write it. If it passes your lips, record it. Use Fitday or Spark or any of the other freee nutrition trackers. That's likely to show you where the problem is.
God Bless,
mik

Rep Power: 177 | | | i would keep a diary and track your calories...you probablly have a lot of muscle built up and if you just watch what you eat calrioes wise you should start seeing a big difference.

Rep Power: 177 | | i would track in a diary everything you eat. you have built up a lot of muscle with running so with running and eating the recommended amount of calories you should start noticing a difference! good luck
