I am trying to lose 20 pounds but can not lose any even though I am eating very little now. My only exercise is for strength-pushups(120), chair dips(160), etc.
Last night I bought Hydroxy Cut caffeine free but have read reviews and lots of people have said it made their heart rate increase and made them jittery.
It is important for me to avoid that since I get an irregular heartbeat sometimes.
Does anyone know about supplements that help you lose weight but are not stimulents?

Rep Power: 43024 | | | Make sure your eating enough. Just because you eat very little doesnt mean weight will come off, you have to eat enough for your body to actually burn...
