Kumty is on a distinguished road
Exclamation HELP- Ribs showing? Need TONE AND MUSCLE

Hey guys,
Its Kumty again. So I have lost close to 36 pounds, have another 28 or so to go. But, I am noticing that when I take in a breath, I can feel my ribs and I am concerned that when the weight is gone I will look like a person with malnutrition. In other words, I need muscle and tone. I wanted to get on a weight lifting routine ASAP. Like three days a week, or whatever, exercising a specific set of muscles at a time. I need specifics, like how many reps, what exercise (I go to a gym with weight machines) how many times a week, what weight SHOULD I START AT- VIP. So please help me here. I really want to look my best, so any help is appreciated.

my stats:

6 feet Male
195 Pounds

AGAIN, I'm going to tell you that you need to spend some time reading the stickied threads... The stickied threads will give you the info you're looking for

"toning" is a byproduct of losing fat... To gain muscle, you need to have a surplus of calories

Based on what you've said about your diet
http://www.weight-loss.fitness.com/a...questions.html -

What changes have you made there?

until you get your diet under control - and that means eating more than what you were - you will look malnourished...
